To support our human resources department we are looking for a
Recruiter / Active Sourcer (Focus on mechatronics / electronics) (m/f/d)
Your tasks:
- Monitoring the recruiting and onboarding processes
- Creation of requirement profiles and job advertisements
- Proactive search for candidates on job portals, applicant databases and corresponding networks
- Scheduling, conducting and postprocessing of telephone interviews
- Presenting the potential applicants to the managers and advising the managers on the decision-making processes
- Supporting the marketing department with employer branding
Your profile:
- Completed training or studies, preferably in the HR or personnel area
- Extensive professional experience in recruiting
- Sound experience in active sourcing/direct approach as well as confident handling of social media platforms (including Facebook, LinkedIn)
- Confident judgement and organisational skills, good communication skills
- Professional handling of confidential data
- Independent work, motivation and reliability
- Confident handling of recruiting tools and strategies as well as common MS Office applications
- Very good verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent in German and good command of English
